SiteWizard offers multiple support options, including:

Knowledge Base
Users can search or browse the Knowledge Base any time (24/7/365) to find answers to common questions.  Visit http://support.sitewizard.net/ and select Knowledge Base from the main menu.

Live Chat
During business hours, SiteWizard offers live help to its customers through the Live Chat button.  The Live Chat button can be found on http://www.sitewizard.net/ and http://support.sitewizard.net/.

Submit a Support Ticket
Customers may submit a support ticket through the Customer Support Portal at http://support.sitewizard.net/.  Users must register for an account in order to submit support tickets.  Please see How To Submit a Support Ticket for more details.

Call Toll-Free
During business hours, users subscribing to the Platinum level of SiteWizard CMS may call for support toll-free at 1-888-9-SITEWIZ (1-888-974-8394).

Customer Support Business Hours:
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Live chat and phone support are not available after business hours, or during holidays and company events.
