How to Change Your Email Password
Your email password can only be changed through the Webmail interface for SmarterMail. You can reach the Webmail interface by going to http://mail.yourdomain.com/ (replacing "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain). If your DNS
has not been set up, you can use http://mail.sitewizard.net/
When you reach the Webmail interface, you should see a login box as shown below. Important: Your username is your full email address (example: email@example.com).
After you log in, complete the following steps:
- Select Settings from the toolbar on the left.
- Expand the My Settings folder and select Account Settings.
- Enter your new password in the New Password box, and confirm it by entering the same password in the Confirm Password box. It is also recommended that you edit your Display Name and set a Backup Email Address. If you forget your password in the future, your password can be emailed to your Backup Email Address.
- Save your new settings by clicking the Save button at the top.
